The Role

The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will handle a varied caseload of Real Estate matters, including:

\n\t
* Commercial acquisitions and disposals
\n\t
* Landlord and tenant matters
\n\t
* Commercial leases
\n\t
* Development transactions
\n\t
* Portfolio management
\n\t
* Real estate finance work
\n\t
* Corporate support transactions
\n\n\n
There is an existing client base and workflow in place, making this an excellent opportunity for somebody looking to build long-term relationships and further develop a thriving practice area.

About You
\n\n
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with strong Commercial Property / Real Estate experience gained within a reputable law firm environment.
