Derby College Group (DCG) are recruiting for a Senior SEND Case Worker to join our incredible SEND department. This role will be based across our College campuses.
The Opportunity
The Senior SEND Case Worker is responsible for coordinating and delivering targeted support for our incoming students with Special Education Needs and Disabilities (SEND), which includes those with Education Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). The Senior SEND Case Worker will liaise with students, families, staff, and external professionals to promote inclusive practices, lead on complex case management and EHCP processes. You will ensure that every student receives the tailored support they need to achieve their academic and personal potential.
