Global Payroll Business Analyst
As the Global Payroll Business Analyst, you will support global payroll operations across various regions, managing payroll functions to ensure accuracy, consistency, and standardisation.
Hybrid: 1 to 2 days in the office (flexibility with remote)
Location: London
Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate and project manage strategic payroll initiatives across the global payroll organization, including mobility, shares, and benefits improvements.
2. Identify and implement payroll process improvements, automating manual tasks and streamlining operations.
3. Support issue resolution, providing root cause analysis, guidance, and training to the payroll team.
4. Maintain country documentation and monitor adherence to approval processes.
5. Assist in annual cycle planning, quarterly BCP testing, global communications, and help guides.
6. Improve case management and performance dashboard metrics.
7. Perform monthly payroll control checks for SOX countries, documenting analysis and remediation.
8. Monitor performance dashboards to ensure data accuracy and resolve issues.
9. Support vendor performance management, including cost and SLA/KPI adherence.
Required Skills
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in international payroll, including processing, team supervision, and project exposure.
* Experience in multinational and Shared Services environments with international payroll expertise.
* Proficiency with Workday and SAP systems.
* Experience liaising with payroll vendors.
* Strong analytical and evaluative skills from multiple sources.
* Excellent relationship-building, communication, collaboration, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint.
* Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
* Languages: Fluent in English; additional languages like Polish, Spanish, German, French, or Japanese are advantageous but not required.
