As Sous Chef, we are looking for someone who can work closely with the Head Chef to support the continued development and smooth running of the kitchen.
You will:
· Run the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef, taking on their responsibilities as required
· Assist with the training and development of junior team members, offering guidance and support
· Prepare and deliver high-quality dishes to the highest standard
· Contribute ideas for menu development, ensuring creativity and consistency
· Support the Head Chef and maintain the smooth day-to-day operation of the kitchen
We are looking for a dedicated and motivated individual who thrives in a busy, quality-driven environment. While all applications are considered, the ideal candidate will:
· Have experience within a premium pub or restaurant kitchen
· Have previously held a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie role
· Be confident working across all sections of the kitchen
· Demonstrate excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills
