The team prides itself on delivering outstanding service to our clients, and we are currently seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join and run their Property Management division In this role, you will lead our Property Management team, managing a diverse portfolio of residential units and overseeing a team of two Coordinators. Your leadership will be essential in driving exceptional service to landlords, tenants, and contractors. We are looking for candidates with proven experience in property management and maintenance, within in the residential lettings market. Previous management experience demonstrating your ability to motivate and drive a team is essential. Strong interpersonal skills are necessary to build rapport quickly, while excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving are vital. A valid driving license and car ownership are required for this position.
