Overview
Operations Support Administrator (Weekends) role at Wireless CCTV Ltd in Rochdale on a part-time basis, working Saturdays & Sundays. The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training, coaching, and support. Part-time hours: 16 per week.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate customer communication and ensure smooth operations.
* Check and remote rectify issues on customer sites.
* Administration support to the operations team.
* Investigate incidents and provide feedback to clients.
* Create anti-theft reports from incidents on the daily activity report.
* Provide administration and communication for the WCCTV Heartbeat system.
