About The Role
In this role, you will take ownership of answering queries, optimizing and improving our operational processes, specifically focusing on our investor services. You will be responsible for assessing and automating repeat processes, managing edge cases, and collaborating closely with various teams across Titanbay.
This role is crucial in enhancing our client interactions to deliver an unparalleled experience for our partners and investors.
Responsibilities
1. Assess and streamline processes within the organization, with a focus on investor services.
2. Manage and improve high-impact areas including onboarding, AML, and KYC processes.
3. Identify areas for process improvement and automation.
4. Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to implement new solutions.
5. Analyze high volumes of data to identify patterns and drive process enhancements.
6. Develop structured solutions to new and existing problems.
7. Communicate effectively and clearly with stakeholders at all levels.
Qualifications
1. Previous experience in a B2B Customer Service role, providing an exceptional customer experience.
2. Experience in process improvement, automation, and tooling implementation.
3. Strong project management skills.
4. Ability to work with high volumes of data and perform pattern analysis.
5. Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering teams.
6. Quick learner and adaptable to new challenges.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
8. Structured thinker with a logical approach to problem-solving.
9. Ability to take ownership and drive results with urgency.
