UK-based, with works primarily delivered across the Midlands, Yorkshire, and North East regions, and southwards within the Peterborough to King’s Cross corridor. The role is aligned to our Doncaster office, with infrequent attendance required.

The Role:
We are looking to recruit a competent and motivated Signalling Technician to support the delivery of a growing portfolio of signalling works across depot maintenance and project-based schemes, including works delivered directly for Network Rail.
Reporting to the Signalling Team Leader, you will work as part of a site-based team undertaking hands-on signalling activities, supporting safe, compliant, and high-quality delivery. This role offers strong technical exposure, clear supervision, and the opportunity to develop within an established signalling structure.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Carrying out signalling renewals, installations, maintenance, and response works under the direction of the Team Leader
* Working safely and in compliance with Network Rail standards, Group Standards, and company procedures
* Supporting fault finding, testing, installation, and commissioning activities as required
* Assisting with site preparation, work delivery, and handback activities
* Accurately completing documentation and site records
* Working collaboratively with other team members and disciplines on site
* Promoting a strong safety culture and following safe systems of work at all times
What We’re Looking For:
* An applicable IRSE Licence, or working towards IRSE licensing / CAC
* Practical signalling experience in maintenance, renewals, installations, or response works
* SMTH competence (desirable, but not essential depending on experience)
* COSS or IWA competence (desirable)
* A proactive, reliable approach to site-based work
* Good communication skills and the ability to follow technical instruction
* Basic IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Full, clean UK driving licence
