We are looking for a high‑calibre Junior People & Culture Business Partner to join our Oxford-based People & Culture team. * Support managers and employees on low to medium‑risk employee relations matters, including absence, probation, performance, investigations and disciplinary processes, escalating more complex issues where appropriate
* Support the consistent application of local People & Culture policies and procedures, identifying areas where updates or additional guidance may be required to reflect legal or business needs
* Conduct exit interviews and identify trends and insights to inform retention and engagement activity
* Support the planning, coordination and delivery of key People & Culture processes, including performance and development review cycles, with a strong focus on organisation, accuracy and execution
* Collaborate with the relevant P&C team members on internal mobility transfers and relocations, and other employee lifecycle matters
* Assist with strategic HR projects and initiatives to enhance organisational effectiveness, such as organisational design, change management and culture development
* Utilise data analytics to assess HR metrics and trends, assisting with HR management information and reporting as required

Required Attributes

* Experience in a generalist HR or People role, ideally within the UK and/or EMEA
* Experience supporting employee relations activity, including absence management, performance management, investigations and disciplinary processes
* Good working knowledge of UK employment law (and other EMEA jurisdictions would be advantageous)
* Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build credibility and relationships at all levels
* A self‑starter and a real team player, who can evidence using their initiative and their ability to work under pressure
* Flexible approach to work with a can‑do attitude, taking pride in delivering outstanding work
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver to deadline in a fast‑paced environment
* High attention to detail and a consistently strong standard of written and verbal communication
* Fluency in English essential
* Excellent MS skills, particularly MS PowerPoint, Excel & Word

Desirable Attributes

* Proven experience working for a fast‑growing international consultancy, professional services business or similarly high‑performance environment
* Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors
* Experience supporting stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions or internationally mobile employee populations
