Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board (BCUHB) North Wales, the largest health organisation in Wales, is looking for an Assistant Technical Officer to join the team at Ysbyty Glan Clwyd on a part‑time basis.
Responsibilities include performing ECGs on adults and paediatrics, ensuring accuracy and legibility. You will place electrodes according to SCST National guidelines to achieve good quality traces, use all available means to reduce artefact and baseline wander, troubleshoot ambulatory monitoring (Event, 24‑hour, 48‑hour, 7‑day and BP), connect equipment to patients, and instruct patients in the use of the equipment. You will also set the event monitor to a suitable mode for each patient according to their symptoms.

Qualifications
