You will be working in a unique ex-offender community hub, which is a safe space for ex-offenders to meet, see a friendly face, and receive the support they need.
The hub has access to:
* An onsite gym
* Music studios
* Wellness rooms
* Arts and crafts areas
* Weekly doughnut and debate clubs
* Cooked breakfasts throughout the week
Your role will involve managing a caseload of clients through one-to-one sessions, helping them access housing and benefits, register with a GP and dentist, find training courses, provide light-touch employment support, and develop general life skills such as budgeting, cooking, and wellness.
To apply, you may have worked within criminal justice before, or have experience supporting people on a one-to-one basis in roles such as a project worker, support worker, or employment advisor.
