This full-time hybrid role, based in Manchester, offers the opportunity to work closely with leading lawyers across multiple jurisdictions on a variety of high-value corporate matters.The work will focus primarily on M&A transactions, investment and joint venture deals, and general corporate advisory work. You’ll also have the opportunity to support cross-border projects, collaborating with colleagues and clients across time zones and industries.This role requires someone confident working independently, as your manager and senior team members may be based in another country. You’ll be trusted to take ownership of your workload, make sound judgements, and deliver exceptional results with minimal supervision.Who You Are:You’re not a typical corporate lawyer.
