As Group Lead, youll deliver innovative teaching, combining practical learning with key theories to drive exceptional student outcomes. Youll lead by example, developing high standards, challenging and supporting our students on their educational journey.
About you
1. Qualifications: Teaching qualification or willingness to pursue one upon appointment (ideal but not essential).
2. Experience: Strong industry experience in Fashion Buying & Merchandising or teaching experience in an educational setting (ideally Post-16).
3. Expertise: Outstanding current knowledge of Fashion Buying & Merchandising and the Fashion Retail landscape.
4. Passion: Creative, enthusiastic, and driven, with excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, dedicated to commencing a career in teaching.

Salary:
From £17, to £18, per annum (0.FTE), subject to qualifications and experience
