Senior Night Nurse Band 5 - 6 Make Every Day Matter!
Location: Tadley, Hampshire
Salary: Up to £22.18 per hr, depending on experience
Hours: 30hrs / 3 nights per week, on a shift rota
Driving Licence: Manual UK licence required

What Youll Need Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
Previous senior nursing experience
A valid manual UK driving licence
The legal right to live and work in the UK
Band 5 qualification
What Youll Be Doing Supporting daily routines from bedtime support through to morning
Management of gastrostomy devices, nasogastric tubes and indwelling catheters
Managing palliative and end of life support
Implementing and evaluating all aspects of care and support
Keeping accurate record every detail matters
Building therapeutic relationships that truly make a difference
