Position Overview
The national law firm seeks a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to manage a wide range of defendant clinical negligence matters on behalf of healthcare clients. Responsibilities include handling complex claims, liaising with clients throughout the case, running seminars and training for clients, and participating in client site secondments.
The Candidate
Eligibility: Minimum 3 years' PQE as a defendant clinical negligence solicitor with experience across a variety of clinical negligence matters. The successful applicant should be confident advising healthcare professionals at all levels, working independently and as part of a larger team.
