Salary: £12.50 per hour + Service Charge (Circa £29,250 - £33,450 OTE)

Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with an award-winning, luxury boutique hotel on the outskirts of Ambleside. This small boutique Hotel is renowned for its modern British restaurant and exceptional service, providing a sophisticated experience for its guests.

Delivering high-end, modern British service within a refined restaurant environment.
Acting as a key point of contact for guests, ensuring their experience is seamless from arrival to departure.
Assisting the management team in maintaining 4-star boutique standards across the floor.
Supporting the development of junior team members while maintaining excellent product knowledge of the food and beverage offerings.What's required?
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a high-quality hotel or restaurant environment.
Attitude: A "can-do" approach, excellent time-keeping, and a passion for luxury hospitality.
Skills: Strong communication skills and a well-presented, professional appearance.
Flexibility: Ability to work 40-45 hours per week on a roster including split and straight shifts.
