These roles are available to start ASAP and offer flexible working opportunities, making them ideal for graduates considering a future career in education, experienced teaching assistants, or individuals passionate about supporting young people.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting pupils both academically and socially, working closely with teachers to help students reach their full potential. Many of our placements involve supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), providing additional guidance, encouragement and tailored learning support.
Key responsibilities may include:

Supporting pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
*
Assisting teachers with the delivery of lessons and learning activities
*
Supporting pupils with SEND, including autism, ADHD and learning difficulties
*
Helping to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
*
Encouraging pupil engagement, confidence and progress
We are particularly interested in candidates who:

Hold a degree or graduate-level qualification (preferred but not essential)
*
Have experience working with children, young people or in educational settings
*
Are patient, adaptable and enthusiastic about supporting learning
*
Have an interest in education, psychology, youth work or SEND support
