About the Role: As a SEN Teaching assistant, you will: Support pupils with a range of special educational needs, including Autism, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties. Provide 1:1 support with students who require additional support. Working with small groups of pupils Demonstrating a proactive and empathetic approach to supporting SEN students. Reflecting on and improving your practice through self-evaluation and CPD. Candidate specification: Experience working with children with SEN in a school or similar setting A calm, patient, and empathetic approach Excellent communication and teamwork skills A relevant qualification (e.g. Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent) is desirable but not essential f this sounds like the perfect role for you, we’d love to hear from you!
