Were looking for a proactive and detail-driven Media Account Assistant to join the Pertemps Media & Insights team. Reporting to the Head of Digital and working closely with the wider Marketing department, youll support media advertising activity across the business and produce data-led insight reports that help inform strategy and drive new business opportunities.
This is an excellent entry-level role for someone with a keen interest in digital media, research, and analytics who enjoys working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Publish job adverts, set up campaigns, and research new advertising opportunities
Troubleshoot posting issues using our multi-posting platform
Manage media accounts across the Pertemps network, including credit allocation and purchasing
Provide phone-based support and advice to consultants on advertising and posting queries
Produce clear, insightful reports using tools such as Horsefly Analytics, LinkedIn Talent Insights, Lightcast, and more
Work collaboratively with the marketing team on advertising and digital campaigns
Liaise with external suppliers to discuss media buying, product updates, and job market trends
