Rother House Medical Centre is a well established practice located in the heart of Stratford Upon Avon that strives for excellence in patient care.
The practice is looking for a full or part time Medical Receptionist. Full on the job training will be provided.
Meeting and greeting patients and visitors,
Booking appointments and taking general enquiries by telephone and face to face
Rother House Medical Centre is a well-established primary care facility located in Stratford-upon-Avon, serving a patient population of approximately 17,000 individuals and families. As the first point of contact for medical advice, treatment, and preventive care, the practice plays a vital role in the local healthcare system.

To provide high-quality administrative and patient support as part of the reception and admin team at Rother House Medical Centre. This role ensures smooth communication between patients, clinical staff, hospitals, and other healthcare providers, while maintaining confidentiality and excellent customer service. Interact with patients both in person at the reception desk and over the phone in a professional and courteous manner.
Communication with Secondary and Private Care:
Respond to emails from hospitals and private providers, actioning any required follow-ups such as booking appointments or sharing relevant information with clinicians.
Assist in preparing and sending referrals to local NHS and community services.
Help support clinicians by following up on tasks such as booking appointments, providing additional patient information, or liaising with external services to obtain updates.
