Glen Group is actively recruiting for a Permanent, Full‑time, Experienced & Driven Regional Cleaning Manager to join a well‑established and growing cleaning business in Nottingham and the surrounding area.
Job Description
The successful candidate will bring strong expertise in Cleaning Management within the Education and wider public sector, with a proven track record in mobilisation and change management. You will support the Regional Director in delivering excellence across a large and rapidly expanding contract, onboarding new sites, embedding operational processes, and ensuring consistent delivery during a period of transformation and growth.
Responsibilities
* Support the Regional Director in delivering excellence across a large and rapidly expanding contract.
* Lead and develop a team of eight managers to foster a high‑performance culture, ensuring compliance, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
* Operate proactively and manage change, scaling operations and maintaining high service standards.
* Onboard new sites, embed operational processes, and ensure consistent delivery during transformation and growth.
* Travel regularly across the region to support sites and teams.
* Work Monday to Friday for 40 hours per week; hours are flexible between 5am and 9pm.
* Report directly to the Operations Director.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Strong expertise in Cleaning Management within the Education and wider public sector.
* Proven track record in mobilisation and change management.
* Minimum 3 years of management experience.
* Valid Driving Licence (required).
* Work must be performed in person.
Compensation
£40,000 per annum.
