Duties/Roles: Deliver engaging lessons across the primary curriculum, following school plans or adapting as needed. Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Person specification: Being able to adapt quickly to different school environments and year groups. Ability to deliver pre-prepared lessons effectively. Strong classroom management and organisational skills. Grade 4 (C) or above in GCSE English and Maths. Grade 4 (C) or above in GCSE Science (if you're teaching primary or early years).
