🕗 Monday–Friday | 8:00am–6:00pm | No Weekends
An established automotive business based in Totton, Southampton is looking to recruit a Vehicle Service Technician to join their friendly and professional workshop team.
This is a full-time, permanent role offering a great work–life balance, competitive pay, and a supportive working environment.
The Role
* Carrying out routine servicing and maintenance on a range of vehicles
* Diagnosing and repairing mechanical faults
* Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with safety requirements
* MOT testing (preferred but not essential)
* Working as part of a close-knit, professional workshop team
The Ideal Candidate
* Qualified Vehicle Technician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
* Previous experience in a workshop environment
* MOT licence is desirable but not essential
* Reliable, motivated, and takes pride in their work
* Full UK driving licence
What’s On Offer
* Salary: £34,000 – £39,000 (DOE)
* Bonus potential up to £4,000 per year
* 21 days holiday + Bank Holidays
* Christmas shutdown
* Monday to Friday working only — no weekends
