Description
We are looking for a motivated Site Engineer to join our team on a major reinforced concrete (RC) frame project. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills on a high-profile scheme while supporting the successful delivery of complex works.
What you will be doing:
* Carry out setting out and dimensional control using modern survey equipment
* Ensure all works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications, and tolerances
* Review construction information, raise RFIs, and support buildability improvements
* Supervise subcontractors and site operatives, ensuring safe and efficient delivery
* Maintain accurate records including as-builts, QA documentation, and ITPs
* Monitor progress against programme and support short-term planning
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards
What you will bring:
* HNC/HND or degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
* Experience working on RC frame or civil engineering projects
* Competent in setting out and interpreting technical drawings
* Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and QA processes
* Proficient with digital tools (AutoCAD, surveying equipment, MS Office)
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Proactive, organised, and keen to develop within a high-performing team
