An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Legal Adviser to join my clients team in their York offices on a hybrid basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Property Lawyer to further their career with a leading firm. This role would be suited to an existing team leader or a candidate who is looking to take the next step in their career and start managing a team. Key Responsibilities: • Support Directors in delivering firm-wide strategy. • Ensure Residential Property work aligns with firm policies and departmental standards. • Provide high-quality, timely legal service and client communication. • Manage own caseload and assist colleagues with advice and representation. • Maintain professional standards and regulatory compliance (e.g. SRA). • Record and develop professional competencies. • Promote the firm internally and externally. • Act with integrity, sound judgment, and client focus. • Stay informed on law, funding, and compliance. • Follow internal systems (case management, audits, due diligence, time recording). • Meet billing targets and manage credit control. • Maximise profitability and minimise waste. • Support staff performance and development.
