Strategic Leadership
1. Create and execute a dynamic strategy to build the brand equity of Table Tennis England and our associated brands
2. Build and implement strategies to strengthen and engage audiences and stakeholders across the sport from grassroots to established communities to elite and through our major events strategy including the World Teams Table Tennis Championship, 2026
3. Reach, engage, and retain new audiences of people who play, organise, and follow table tennis
4. Create and deliver our membership strategy to provide a compelling value proposition that drives sustainable growth for both existing and new members
5. Develop TTE’s Digital Transformation strategy to ensure the organisation is fit for the future
6. Work alongside the CEO and executive team to align brand, engagement, and membership strategies with Table Tennis England’s wider strategic pledges
7. Develop and support a high-performing team, embedding best practices and innovation through inspirational leadership
Brand Equity and Marcoms
1. Position Table Tennis England as a forward-thinking, collaborative, and partnership-focused sports organisation
2. Lead marcoms campaigns that position table tennis as an inclusive sport where everyone belongs
3. Build our brand to attract and sustain commercial and delivery partners to diversify revenue streams
4. Ensure brand coherence and consistency across all touchpoints
5. Activate commercial partnerships and support major events, legacy, and social impact projects
6. Oversee all marcoms, PR, and media activities strategically
Engagement & Community
1. Oversee how Table Tennis England attracts, engages, and retains audiences, including participants, volunteers, clubs, leagues, and stakeholders
2. Drive engagement strategies across digital channels and build a thriving community
3. Deliver compelling content strategies to deepen relationships and build awareness
4. Ensure digital channels effectively promote major events and drive ticket sales
5. Develop stakeholder relationships to build a unified sport ecosystem
6. Use data, insights, and analytics to inform decisions and embed a lessons learned culture
7. Manage data in line with GDPR guidelines
Digital Transformation
1. Develop and implement a long-term digital transformation strategy
2. Oversee digital platforms, data management, and investments
3. Foster collaboration and drive innovation
Membership
1. Create and deliver a sustainable membership strategy
2. Attract and retain members, developing meaningful products and benefits
3. Use data analytics to inform product development and performance
