Now we’re entering a new phase of rapid, efficient growth — and we’re hiring a Head of Growth to sit at the centre of it.
This role is for someone who thinks in systems, not channels. You understand how acquisition, creative, website, and retention fit together — and you know how to turn that into a high‑performing growth engine.
What you’ll lead
* Acquisition strategy across paid and organic channels
* Paid media across Meta, Google, TikTok and emerging channels
* CRO and landing page optimisation
* New channel testing and validation
* Data, unit economics, and growth forecasting
* Cross‑functional alignment with Brand, Creative, and Retention
* A multi‑disciplinary growth team (PPC, SEO, Amazon, TikTok Shop, Influencers, Creative Strategy, eCommerce)
What you bring
* Proven experience scaling eCommerce brands
* Deep understanding of CAC, LTV, MER, contribution margin
* Expert‑level capability in at least one paid channel (Meta preferred)
* Strong grasp of how creative and retention impact acquisition
* Ability to build structured, repeatable growth systems
* Analytical, commercially minded, and creatively aware
* Curiosity for marketing, psychology, and emerging channels
Most importantly: you know how to connect the dots across the funnel and turn it into growth.
