Head of School - Primary Permanent Full Time Salary: Leadership L7 – L13: £60,145 - £69,596 per annum It is with a sense of huge excitement and great pride, that we start the search for a Head of School to lead the primary phase of Staffordshire’s first all-through school. Rugeley John Taylor opened in September 2025 welcoming Year 7 students and will open the doors of the primary school in September 2026. The school will have all the hallmarks of success you can expect from a school in the JTMAT family: challenging the most able, outstanding quality of teaching, a taught curriculum of ‘gold standard’ content and skills, and an enrichment offer and pastoral system we believe is second to none. This is a unique opportunity to lead the primary school from pre-opening to an ‘outstanding’ provider, demonstrating your enthusiasm, vision and leadership qualities. You’ll work with the Executive Headteacher to develop the vision for the school and embed the team ethos.
