We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our family run business as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in various office software, previous use of SAGE accounts is essential.

1. Invoicing:
* Generate and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
* Verify and reconcile billing information with work orders and contracts
* Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries and payment reminders
* Maintain organized records of invoices and payments
* Strong Knowledge and previous use of SAGE accounts
2. Administrative Support:
* Provide general administrative support to the office, such as data entry, filing, and answering phones
* Assist with maintaining office supplies and inventory management
* Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
3. Communication:
* Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries related to invoicing and administrative matters
* Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors to ensure accurate and timely invoicing and payment processes
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in administrative support and/or invoicing-related roles
* Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
* knowledge of TSS
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing invoices and maintaining records
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Sales representative
