School Site Technician
Location: Haringey
Contract Type: Temporary with potential to go permanent after 12 weeks

The Role
* Carry out day-to-day maintenance and minor repairs across the school site.
* Complete routine tasks to ensure the smooth operation of buildings and grounds.
* Open the school each morning and ensure the premises are secure when not in use.
* Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of outdoor areas.
* Regularly check heating, lighting, alarm systems and other key facilities to ensure full functionality.
* Manage and order supplies, equipment and maintenance requisitions as needed.
* Work proactively with school staff to support the safe and efficient running of the school.

* Proven experience in building maintenance, DIY tasks and minor repairs.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

* Proactive, reliable and able to use initiative in day-to-day site management.
* Excellent communication skills and a positive, collaborative approach.
