Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Move / Relocation Consultant to join our client's London team. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in move coordination and relocation, with a strong focus on Household Goods (HHG) and Destination Services Programmes (DSP). This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient relocation of our clients customers, providing them with a stress-free moving experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the relocation process, including HHG and DSP.
- Develop and execute detailed move plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure timely and cost-effective services.
- Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the relocation process.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for each move.
- Provide guidance and support to clients regarding customs regulations, visa requirements, and local resources.
- Continuously seek ways to improve our relocation services and enhance client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in move coordination and/or relocation management.
- Strong knowledge of HHG and DSP.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using relocation management software and tools.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and schedules.
