We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Franchise Support Administrator to provide help desk and administration support for our franchisees.
We are currently seeking 2 Franchise Support Administrators.

What to expect...
12. Process and follow up email / phone queries and resolve finance/accounts queries.
13. Produce reports and spreadsheets on queries and product allocation.
14. Collate and communicate information to franchisees including but not exclusively - urgent daily product information, product recalls and uplifts.
15. Liaise with suppliers, Franchise Operations field team and Southern Co-op departments.
16. Update relevant stakeholders of any key issues affecting franchisees.
17. Maintain Direct Debit information and our E Learning Portal and communicate out relevant information to Franchisees.
18. Update our internal information platform (Connect) and maintain master stores, direct suppliers and depot database.
What we're looking for...
19. Retail / customer service experience.
20. IT literate and a competent user of MS Office.
21. Excellent organisational and prioritising skills with high attention to detail.
22. Excellent communication and people skills.
