Responsibilities
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Corporate Support Services Team as an Administrator where you will be responsible for delivering a high‑quality support service to the Council.
Key responsibilities include:
* Deliver services in line with agreed timescales and quality standards
* Identify issues and collaborate with colleagues to improve services
* Support supervisors by helping manage service demand
* Deliver a range of core and service‑specific support activities
* Provide cover across Council services and locations as required
Qualifications
To be successful you will have:
* Experience of delivering services in a customer‑service focused environment as an administrator or clerical role
* Good ICT skills, with experience across a range of software packages and systems
* Good literacy and numeracy skills, demonstrated by GCSEs or equivalent qualifications
* Good verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer care
* Experience of developing and maintaining record systems
