Company Secretary
My client, who operates in the financial services space is seeking to recruit a Company Secretary to assist the Head of Company Secretariat.
Key responsibilities:
As Company Secretary, your duties would include
-maintaining a statutory database for 250 UK companies,
-preparing and filing documents with Companies House,
-attending and taking minutes of board meetings,
-coordinating board meeting logistics,
-advising on corporate governance and compliance.
- preparing AGM documentation,
-supporting due diligence checks,
-managing correspondence, and providing team support as needed.
WFH: This role could be carried out remotely, save for client project board meetings where physical attendance would be necessary.
The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in corporate governance and compliance. Diligent Entities experience would be desirable and ideally you have completed the CGI qualification, so you are either GradCG, ACG or FCG.
