We are working with a well-established and financially secure business based in Northampton, seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join their collaborative finance team of 10. The team is knowledgeable, welcoming, and excited to support the new Management Accountant. Management Accountant – Northampton | Established and friendly company Key Responsibilities: Preparation of monthly management accounts Producing Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reconciliations Presenting accounts to senior management Financial analysis and quarter-end reporting VAT returns and tax compliance Reviewing and improving financial processes Preparing detailed financial and management reports Providing financial support to other departments About You: ACCA, ACA, CIMA qualified (or equivalent), or close to completing your exams Alternatively, you may be Qualified by Experience Confident producing monthly management accounts independently Proactive, solutions-focused, and a strong communicator Confident using Excel What’s on Offer: Supportive management and a team that values work-life balance Opportunities for steady professional growth Study support (if you are still studying your ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA qualification) Benefits: Contributory pension scheme 25 days holiday public holidays Free on-site parking If you're looking for a Management Accountant role where you can make a real impact in a stable and friendly business, we’d love to hear from you.
