Your new role
As an Associate Director or Director within the Private Client Services team, you’ll take the lead in managing a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, families, and their associated structures. You’ll provide strategic tax advice, overseepliance, and build long-term relationships that position you as a trusted advisor. Your role will also involve mentoring junior team members, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the continued growth of the practice.Key responsibilities include:
1. Managingplex client portfolios and delivering tailored tax solutions
2. Advising on succession planning, restructuring, and wealth preservation
3. Overseeing billing, WIP, and client onboarding processes
4. Building strong relationships with clients and intermediaries
5. Leading projects and supporting the development of junior colleagues
6. Ensuringpliance with quality and risk management standards
What you'll need to succeed
We’re looking for someone who brings both technical expertise and a people-first mindset. You’ll need:
7. CTA and/or ACA qualification (or equivalent)
8. Strong experience advising high-net-worth individuals and their families
9. A deep understanding of UK tax legislation and wealth structures
10. Proven ability to manage client relationships and spot growth opportunities
11. Confidence in networking and representing the firm in the market
12. Leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and developing others
