Head of Sales - Transport Infrastructure
Join a leading UK automation innovator as the Head of Sales in Transport Infrastructure. This role offers a salary of £85,000–£95,000 plus car allowance, bonus, pension, and private healthcare. The position is based in the West Midlands with remote/hybrid options and involves UK and overseas travel.

The Role
As Head of Sales, your responsibilities will include:
* Crafting and executing a “Go To Market” strategy to win high-value projects.
* Building senior-level client relationships and delivering tailored solutions.
* Expanding opportunities using your market expertise in complementary subsectors.
* Representing the company as a thought leader at industry events.
* Collaborating with teams to deliver cutting-edge automation solutions.
About You
* 5+ years’ experience in a similar role within Transport Infrastructure.
* Proven track record selling solutions (e.g., VSDs, PLCs, SCADA, battery systems).
* Strong network of senior-level industry contacts.
* Electrical/electronic engineering degree (desirable).
* Strategic, communicative, and proactive with a hands-on approach.
