Feros Care is looking for experienced and passionate Registered Nurses to join our team at our Residential Village in Bangalow, NSW. If you're committed to providing high-quality, person-centred care and want to make a meaningful impact in aged care, we'd love to hear from you!

About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering safe and effective clinical care while supporting residents to maintain their independence and wellbeing. Key responsibilities include:

* Providing nursing care in line with AHPRA professional standards
* Conducting clinical assessments and developing individual care plans
* Leading and mentoring care teams to ensure best-practice care
* Building strong relationships with residents, families, and health professionals
* Ensuring compliance with clinical governance and aged care standards

About You:

* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* Experience in aged care (preferred but not essential)
* Strong clinical skills and a person-centered approach to care
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
* Willingness to work across different shifts as required
