Salary up to £90,000 + Package
Ltd Co Status £450per day
Working for a very reputable £25million turnover local groundworks and civil engineering business that operates throughout the Midlands region. This role is ideally for a civil engineering or groundworks experienced Quantity Surveyor that wants to have ownership of a variety of projects strictly in the Midlands region. Hybrid Working available for the Quantity Surveyor role.
Groundworks Project Packages include
* Foundations
* Deep and Shallow Drainage
* Retaining Structures foundations
* Balancing Ponds
* Hard and Soft Landscaping
* Surfacing
All projects are working with commercial and industrial projects/clients. No Resi groundworks.

Requirements
* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within either Groundworks or Civil Engineering
* NEC Contract Experience
