Our client, a respected independent school in Bedfordshire, is seeking a passionate, dynamic, and dedicated Psychology Teacher to join their vibrant and supportive team. As a Psychology Teacher, you will have the opportunity to inspire students across KS3 to KS5, fostering curiosity, critical thinking, and a deep appreciation for the subject.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and inspiring Psychology lessons to students from KS3 to KS5, encouraging independent thinking and academic excellence.

• Develop schemes of work and contribute to the continuous improvement of the curriculum.

• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.

• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported.

• Contribute to departmental initiatives and extra-curricular activities related to the subject.

• Promote a passion for the subject and ensure students have access to enriching resources and opportunities.

About You:

• A degree in Psychology or a related subject.

• A formal teaching qualification with QTS (PGCE or equivalent).
