Street lighting design engineer

Job Description Connect Plus services are seeking to appoint a Street Lighting Engineer to join our team on the M25 DBFO project. . This position involves undertaking design projects, managing timelines and external consultants, and ensuring effective communication among team members, the supply chain and internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities: Assist in planning, organizing, and overseeing design projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Undertaking lighting designs using Lighting Reality design or similar software; Prepare and maintain design documentation, including project briefs, timelines, and works information. Ensure all files are organized and accessible. Management of external consultants undertaking designs Review design outputs for accuracy and consistency, ensuring they align with project goals, the DMRB and relevant standards. Collect and organize feedback from the supply chain, client, and internal teams, ensuring it is communicated effectively Stay updated on the DMRB and Change in Standards and best practices, sharing insights with the team to achieve solutions
