Job Title: Handyman (Relief Position)
We are seeking a reliable Handyman to join our Estates Office team, responsible for maintaining and securing CrossReach Property. Your role will involve:
1. Conducting weekly visits for security and maintenance checks.
2. Ensuring the building remains wind and watertight.
3. Reporting issues to the Estates Office.
4. Facilitating access for meter readings, water board inspections, emergency services, and assisting with low-level ground maintenance.
This is a relief position, allowing you to fit shifts around your other commitments, working only when you choose. A dependable means of transport is crucial, although a driving license is desirable. If you are organised, detail-oriented, and committed to high standards of property upkeep, we welcome your application.
