The Opportunity £110 per window / £130 per door (labour only) Typical teams earn £800£1,200 per week depending on output and workflow Weekly pay (no paid-when-paid delays) 100300 units available across the programme Initial start in 12 weeks Phase 1: ~5 weeks Phase 2: ~15 weeks ongoing The focus is to build a small number of reliable teams and keep them consistently busy as volumes increase.
