While working for Steven Eagell Toyota Rayleigh, the program is delivered through the Toyota Academy, our outstanding learning & development organization. Upon successful completion, you will gain the Retailer Standard L2.
You will earn as you learn, starting with an annual salary of £10,40. Additionally, upon graduation, you will receive a competitive benefits package and performance-related bonuses.

Responsibilities include:
* Participate fully in all scheduled training activities, including sessions at the Toyota Academy in Burnaston, Derbyshire
* Keep learning logs up to date and prepare for reviews with your manager, mentor, and Learning & Development Advisor
* Welcome and greet aftersales customers, ensuring a second-to-none experience
* Engage in activities that promote the Toyota brand and attract new customers
Person Specification:
This role requires professionalism, a smart appearance, and high standards of verbal and written communication. No formal qualifications are required, but you must be literate, numerate, eager to learn, and genuinely interested in customer service. You should be practical, logical, able to listen and follow instructions, willing to study, and able to work as part of a busy, fast-moving team.
Additional requirements include:

* Ability to work full-time and travel for residential training
