Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide person-centered care and support to residents
Assist with daily activities such as personal care, mobility, meals, and companionship
Ensure residents dignity, comfort, and independence are respected at all times
Support healthcare professionals in delivering quality care
Monitor and report residents wellbeing and changes in condition
Engage residents in meaningful activities to enhance their quality of life
