Main Duties

Person Specification
Qualifications – Essential
* The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience in a care setting, although this is not essential. A passion for caring for the elderly and a commitment to providing high‑quality care are more important. The successful candidate will also need to demonstrate empathy, respect, and a growth mindset.
