A calm, jolly pro-active Personal Support Assistant is required to support a lady for 15 flexible hours per week. The lady has ME, Fibromyalgia, Autism and PTSD and lives with her husband a 2 children (who are also autistic).
The hours are flexible (possibly some mornings) Monday to Friday
Duties:
Support with social interaction
Meal preparation
take her to the shops
occasional household chores
go for walks to build up her physicality
The ideal PA would need to be empathetic, calm, decisive, clear, logical, enjoy being outdoors and like dogs (as there 2 friendly dogs in the home). Also, a driver with own vehicle is essential.
A DBS is required for this position
A DBS will be required (paid by local authority)
