Nursery Room Leader
Location: Warrington
Salary: £89.44 – £100 per day (dependent on experience and role responsibilities)
Contract: Full-Time, Part-Time & Flexible opportunities available
A vibrant nursery in Warrington is seeking an experienced Room Leader to join their dedicated early years team. This is a fantastic chance for a confident practitioner to step into a leadership role, helping to shape a positive learning environment while guiding both children and colleagues to succeed.
The nursery is committed to providing a nurturing and stimulating space where children can develop independence, curiosity, and a love of learning, all in line with the EYFS framework.
Candidate Requirements:
* Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
* Level 3 Childcare qualification.
* Solid experience within an early years environment, ideally with previous supervisory responsibilities.
* Strong working knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development.
* Confident leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to motivate and support a team.
* A professional, caring, and enthusiastic approach to early years education.
Main Duties:
* Oversee the daily organisation and smooth running of your designated room.
* Design, implement, and review exciting activities that support learning and development across all areas of the EYFS.
* Support and coach other early years practitioners, sharing best practice and ensuring consistency in care and education.
* Build effective relationships with families and outside agencies to support children’s individual needs.
* Uphold safeguarding standards, health and safety procedures, and statutory EYFS requirements at all times.
