We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading manufacturer with a dedicated on-site laboratory, for a reliable and detail-oriented Laboratory Administrator.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and a keen interest in laboratory or manufacturing environments. You will play a vital role in supporting day-to-day lab operations by handling documentation, sample tracking, data entry, and admin support for the QC and lab teams.
Key Responsibilities

Manage incoming and outgoing lab samples, including logging, labelling, and filing.
*
Maintain accurate records of testing results and support document control systems.
*
Coordinate data entry and reporting for QC analysis and regulatory compliance.
*
Order and track lab supplies and consumables; liaise with suppliers as needed.
*
Support audit preparation and general housekeeping of lab documentation.
*
Provide admin support to lab managers, technicians, and quality teams.
What We’re Looking For
*
Previous administrative experience, ideally in a lab, technical, or manufacturing environment.
*
Strong organisational and time management skills.
*
Confidence working with data entry, spreadsheets, and basic reporting tools.
*
Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude.
*
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a busy team.
*
[Optional: Familiarity with GMP, ISO, or LIMS systems is an advantage.]
