Program Overview
The Analyst Programme starts in August with an in‑depth education on the Analyst role’s fundamentals, the nuances of Citi’s culture, on‑desk training, an informative speaker series, and networking opportunities.
Responsibilities
You will work in an agile software development environment, developing quality and scalable software solutions using leading‑edge technologies. Based on business requirements, you will develop code consistent with quality standards and offer support during testing cycles and post‑production deployment. To ensure defect‑free programming, you will use the appropriate tools to test and debug code and participate in the review of peer coding. You will receive additional support through a cohort of new hires and joint training covering company, tools, and processes.
Technology Exposure
* Microservices Developer: Java, Spring Framework, Pivotal Cloud Foundry
* iOS: Swift, Xcode, MVC Architecture
* Android: Java, Android Studio, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, Java Web Services
* Generative AI tools: GitHub, Co‑Pilot for code generation, automated code reviews, etc.
* Web: Angular (latest version), Eclipse, Java, JSP, TypeScript, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX
Additional Exposure
* Data Analytics tools such as Splunk, Tableau, and Adobe Analytics
* Cloud deployment across AWS and other providers
* Engineering Excellence practices: Minimum Development and Operational standards
* Latest design and software architecture patterns: Microservices, APIs, Spring Core/MVC/Boot/Cloud, REST
* CI/CD tools: JIRA, Zephyr, BitBucket, TeamCity, uDeploy, Artifactory, OpenShift, Docker
* Event streaming/messaging systems: Kafka, Solace, Aeron, or similar
* Containers: Docker/Kubernetes

Qualifications
* Graduating between Dec 2025 and May 2026.
* Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related field.
* Problem‑solver who thrives on innovation and tackles challenges head‑on.
* Global outlook and willingness to collaborate across cultures and time zones.
* Excellent communication, project management, leadership, and attention to detail skills.
* Ability to pass technical interviews with basic algorithmic programming exercises.
